Edgar and Matthew arrived to help move my piece of furniture from the antique store to my home 5 blocks away. Edgar was professional and focused on the job. Matthew was friendly but more of a talker. :-) At first it appeared that the furniture would not fit in the van, which was distressing to me because there was talk of taking it apart to make it fit. Thankfully, Edgar figured out how to get it into the van in one piece. While Edgar seemed knowledgeable about how to safely move furniture, Matthew seemed less so and I was constantly worried that the wheels might be damaged from pushing the piece along the rough sidewalk, or that the legs might snap off when the piece was pushed against the van for loading and unloading. Ultimately, Edgar and Matthew got the piece safely into our living room. We couldn't have done it without them.

Just like another reviewer said, I want to schedule them and communicate through Thumbtack, and they are sending me to their web portal. It seems impressive, but I want to finalize details with an actual person. That's what I use Thumbtack for. This is utterly frustrating. I will give them a try through the website though. It is an interesting concept.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Lugg ultimately depends on the vehicle that you select, the number of miles between the two locations, and the number of minutes spent at pickup and drop off. Please visit our website where you'll be able to get the best estimate, view the most accurate availability, and book your Lugg. Below I have included the dimensions of our Lugg vehicles. Please make sure to compare these dimensions, to what needs to be moved, as we cannot complete more than one trip or stop, per Lugg request. If not all items fit, you will have to request a second Lugg or cancel and request the correct size vehicle. Lugg Pickup Truck - will be at least 6ft long and 4.5ft wide. The crew can leave the tailgate open for extra length and secure your items with straps for transport. Lugg Van - at least 8ft long, 4ft wide, and 5ft tall (King or Cal King mattress will not fit in this option) Lugg XL - will be at least 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall.
