Wonderful, hassle-free experience from the initial phone call with Terrence to the final box delivery with Eric and Louis (sorry if I misspelled any names). This team is obviously very professional and very experienced. We truly appreciated the diligence and efficiency with which our items were loaded, transported, and unloaded. Also, these guys are super strong! Thank you so much for your flexibility, punctuality, and professional mannerism! I would definitely recommend you to anyone I know.

These guys have helped me move my one bedroom apartment twice so far. They are great. I couldn’t recommend any more! They are punctual, responsive, and efficient. They handle furniture assembly and disassembly well and make sure to take care of your items. 10/10!

We had a moderate amount of items to move including a console piano from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Most of the other movers wanted to charge extra and high fees for including a piano. The piano was a small one and there were no stairs involved at either end of the move. Terrence was the only one to give us a fair rate seeing as there was very little other furniture being moved. We had a narrow window when we were able to take off work to do the move. It was critical that the movers we hired showed up and arrived on time since we only had this one day and block of time. Terrence not only assured me that we could count on him to be there but followed up with a phone call the day before to give further reassurance. He notified us that he was on his way the day of the move and would be there 10 min ahead of schedule. He and his associate were professional and efficient loading the truck in far less time than we originally estimated. The unloading at delivery was done quickly and smoothly. Both Terrence and his associate were very personable and polite. There were no hidden fees. The quote we got was what we paid. We really lucked out in choosing Your Pro Movers and would recommend them highly and have them do any other move we might need in the future.

I am so happy I went with Your Pro for my recent move from DC to Loudoun County. It was one of my first experiences with Thumbtack, after years and years of using more “traditional” moving companies all over the east coast. Using Your Pro one of my best moving experiences yet. Not only were they exactly on time, they also were very responsive and accommodating. They also took care to wrap every single one of my furniture items, and handled all my belongings with attention. They helped make my moving day a success, and would highly recommend to a friend or family member.
