This is the BEST moving company hands down. They are professional, quick and quality movers. They can unbuild and build furniture while keeping it bubble wrapped while in the car so they’re no scratches. They also are just so helpful. I had a HUGE 200 pound tv stand at the bottom of my 4 flights of apartment stairs because the delivery company refused to bring it up. I ask BDZ movers for a favor and they not only bought it up but offered to build it. They are family, they are kind and they are truly the best movers I have ever had. They are wonderful!! Don’t look any further please. I can’t stop raving about them!

Mark was on top the of the estimate and calculated the truck volume to the inch. The Moving crew was great and loaded the truck utilizing every inch of space. They protected the floors of the houses and packed the breakables. Not one item was broken. They matched all other quotes and provided boxes which got them the bid. I'd definitely use them again thanks bdz movers

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing depending on the move and distance. Our pricing below general market but the service above. Our reviews and awards speak for itself. We offer a 5% military discount and also a cash payment discount. We provide free moving blankets and tape for all moving jobs. However, we do not provide additional packing materials for free. It is up to you to decide if you want to use our packing materials or purchase your own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always describe all details of work and give a more accurate quote based on customer needs. We are treating customers with respect and following-up when we say we will. Additionally, we answering questions honestly, and setting expectations appropriately matters, too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My guys complete drug tests and background checks. And our training programs are based on customer feedback.
