James, Shawn, and Kevin were great. They showed up on time and completed my move from a 3 story townhouse in Virginia to a storage unit. Highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Capitol Hill Haulers. It was easy to get a quote and when we needed to change the date that was a simple text exchange. They arrived promptly, were wearing a mask and incredibly efficient. We had some big pieces of furniture that we needed taken apart and hauled away. They swept up after themselves, leaving the room neat and clean. Very easy to work with. Definitely a 5 star job!

Darryl and his team did two moves for us. One involved an additional stop at a storage facility. Here are some things we appreciated about both experiences. 1. Responsiveness. He got back to me very quickly when I first reached out to him for my first move and then again for my second move. 2. Clarity of pricing. The quote he emailed me was clear and had an itemized breakdown of what was included. 3. Flexibility with my appointment. I couldn't get the city to approve my parking permit for one of the drop-off locations for several days. Darryl worked with me despite having to wait for me to sort that mess out. He followed up with me several times and kept lines of communication open. 4. The actual move. No dilly dallying. Darryl and his team were efficient. That's especially important during these times when you want to minimize interaction with others. 4. Overall great customer service. Moving is stressful to begin with (especially in a pandemic). Working with people who are friendly and pleasant to be around just makes it a whole lot easier. Darryl and his team were great. I would use Capitol Hill Haulers again and recommend them to anyone looking to move or put things in storage.
