Introduction
SPECIALIZING in Corporate Events, Conferences, Charities, Business Retreats and Masterminds. We plan events across the U.S. and will also travel internationally. YOU... You probably cringe at the thought of finding venues, creating agendas, reviewing agreements, securing contractors, catering, on-site logistics, and all of the other headaches you can think of. But all of these things are vital to hosting a magical experience for your clients. Truth is though, you’d rather work in your zone of genius. You don’t want to learn new skills that won't directly inform the way you consult or provide your services. Plus, time away from your craft and being bogged down in the nitty-gritty details of event strategy is not where you want to spend your time. Even if, in the end, you do wind up with a high-impact, profitable event. US: We'll do the work! Simply show up while we handle all logistics, operations, and execution of your transformational experience. Let us work for you. Send us a message!

I had the pleasure of attending an event hosted by Marsha in July 2023, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Her attention to detail, seamless organization, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere made the event both enjoyable and productive. I walked away not only having learned a lot but also having expanded my professional network significantly. Marsha’s expertise in event planning was evident in every aspect of the event, from the well-curated agenda to the smooth execution. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable event planner

Unfortunately, my experience with this event coordinator was disappointing. When I initially inquired about their services, no package options were available. After offering a budget amount, there was no effort to work with me or provide any flexibility. I even mentioned that I was open to negotiating and could increase my budget, but my message was left unanswered. This was my first time seeking an event coordinator, and I had hoped for more willingness to collaborate—especially since this was for a fundraiser to support my father’s cancer treatment. I understand that businesses have their pricing structures, but a simple response or alternative options would have been appreciated.

Details: Fundraiser • 26 - 50 guests • Full service planning (start to finish help) • Cleanup • Setup • Day-of coordination • Tents • Lighting • 3 - 5 months • At the pro’s location • My home, venue, etc. • Remotely (phone or internet)

Hello Sara, Thank you for your message. Please note that your inquiry came through long after business hours, and we are just now reviewing your final message this morning upon logging into the system. While we actively engage with potential clients across multiple platforms, constant availability—especially outside of standard working hours—is not always possible. To address your request here— a full-service event planning project with day-of coordination for a $350 budget would not be realistic for any professional to take on in this industry. And being that we are a service that coordinates across the U.S., travel costs would also be involved. A local event planning service should be your first option— which again may also prove challenging with a $350 budget. Event planning involves significant time, coordination, vendor communication, and logistical oversight. A budget at that level would require a business to take on the majority of the costs and labor involved, which is simply not feasible. We certainly understand the importance of your event, as with all of our clients we have the privilege of serving. We hope this highlights some of the factors that should be considered moving forward in your search, and we wish you all the best as you continue your planning journey. Thank you again for the outreach.
