Kris and her team made our wedding day a success. They kept us on track and worked seamlessly with our guests and vendors. Kris checked in and made sure our plans leading up to the wedding were moving forward smoothly and took over on the day of to make sure we didn’t worry about anything across our two venues. We were truly able to enjoy the day because Kris and Brandon were there advocating for our needs.
We had many items that needed to be set up in a short period of time and Kris made it happen! Afterwards the breakdown and transfer back to us was perfect.

Grace Celebrations delivered an absolutely flawless experience for a 40th birthday celebration. Their level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire event stress-free and truly memorable. The additional staff they provided ensured everything ran smoothly made sure that guests were well attended to, transitions were seamless, and nothing ever felt rushed or chaotic.
The decorations were beautifully done and thoughtfully curated. From the elegant balloon arrangements to the subtle décor placed throughout the venue, every detail enhanced the atmosphere. The small custom additions to the cake were a perfect finishing touch and showed how much care Grace Celebrations puts into personalizing an event. Every decorative element felt intentional and well coordinated, creating a polished and celebratory environment.
Cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the event. The venue was kept immaculate from setup through breakdown, which allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration without distraction. Catering was exceptionally well organized, with food service running on schedule and presented beautifully, thanks to their excellent coordination and oversight (including distributing throughout the event).

Kris and her team were really great the day of the party and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. They broke everything down when we were done which was awesome. She was very helpful in ensuring that the vendors completed their work as planned. The charcuterie table she created was beautiful and she had great suggestions for keeping the kids entertained during the party. We all had a great time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project. I don't have a set price. It depends on how many hours would be required to research , coordinate and work the celebration. Once we discuss the details I will be able to quote a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the kind of event, the feel and look that the client is trying to achieve. Whether it be for a small dinner party to a large event. We review the budget and start moving towards the goal. Depending on the budget and depth of the event will determine what next steps we take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events for over 20 years from small intimate dinner parties to weddings with 300 guests. I also do corporate luncheon events.
