Grace was very responsive during the planning phase and got to the venue on time. She is very reasonably priced and help setup a wonderful balloon arch for a birthday event. We provided the material and grace was able to use everything available to make the backdrop beautiful.

Grace was very responsive, professional. and great from the time I contacted her for balloondecorations for my daughter’s 10th BD. I was searching for someone to do a cute balloon arch for my son’s first birthday one week before the event. This company lived up to my expectations. She was a few minutes late, but that didn’t interfere with her work. (Plus she fit me in during a crazy time of graduation parties and other events. ) Although the pack of balloons I ordered was low in quantity, she made it work and personalized it. I will definitely hire her again during our next family event.

For new customer I ensure listening is key. I’m available throughout the whole process via phone or virtual.
