I hired Matt on very short notice to provide the dinner at our wedding and I was struggling to get things organised. He took over the menue part after figuring out my guests likes and dislikes which allowed me to focus on other things. I had 35 friends and family flying in from all over the world. I couldn't just offer them burgers and chips! Matt and his crew arrived on time, completely took over. I do not recall having to do anything at all in order for his part to run smoothly. They were friendly, polite, yet would not allow me to lift one finger. I found out later he was even entertained my eleven year old son who loved being his little helper. They then washed up, cleaned both kitchens. The food itself was a dream. It was full of flavour, everyone loved it. We had a fish and a beef dish and various vegetable dishes which were each in itself a treat. He then even sliced the wedding cake for us that my friend had prepared as a wdding gift. Nothing seemed too much! To top it all off there was enough left over for us to eat for two days. We found it nicely stashed away in the fridge the next day.....Needless to say we fought over it. All of this for a very very reasonable price! He will be my first choice if I need catering again without any doubt!

Constant continuing education of current trends in healthy and vibrant eating.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While the majority of my experience has been in restaurant work, I have found this particular line of work to be much more satisfying, because it allows me to connect with my customers on a more personal level.

In home meal preparation, as well as meal delivery. Special occasions including plated meals and especially cocktail parties.
