Introduction: Hi I am Malaika, mom to two wonderful boys and a professional organizer who's passionate about helping others reclaim their time, restore order and beauty back into their homes. As a busy mom myself I know that my time is precious to do the things that I love with those that I love. So being called to be of service to others struggling with organizing was my purpose. To help others transform their homes by through organization, creating systems that are easy to maintain and save time daily. Malaika and her team do amazing work. We are repeat clients. After doing a fantastic job organizing our closets/drawers/clothing, we asked her back to do more projects, including: bathroom decluttering and organization, jewelry, books, seasonal wardrobe changeover, storage closets and attic space, as well as holiday decorating. DC homes are compact and I greatly appreciate her vision for how to optimize the space. She also has great ideas for organizational products and will handle buying, picking them up, and delivering them. She and her team are also a pleasure to work with. They are incredibly professional, work around our busy schedules, and truly bring harmony to our home. The only issue I ask myself is why I didn’t hire Malaika sooner. The peace of mind she brings is worth every penny. I have a running list of projects to have Malaika help with and will be calling her back soon!

I was overwhelmed trying to get all my unpacked piles of books onto the bookshelves. Malaika and her partner worked quietly, efficiently, and steadily, organizing and shelving the books so I could see my floor again! I felt as though I had been rescued and was greatly relieved by their help.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer hourly rates, packages, discounts and promotions throughout the year.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We initially have a discovery call where we discuss the needs of the client. From that call we then move on to either a virtual consultation or in house consultation where we go through the spaces the client needs help with before we agreeing on pricing. After we discuss and agree, the client signs a contract and we get to work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    First and foremost, I am a mom! I've had life experiences for over 19 years that I turned into a passion to help others. My past career in healthcare for over 15 years helping others in various stages from newborns to the elderly also nurtured my passion and propelled my purpose to help others get organized, stay organized, create beauty, balance and harmony in their homes and businesses.
