I have a Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry from Howard University. I am also a NASM certified training. The most unique thing about my services is my approach to whatever problem my client thinks he/she can't resolve. The first and most important goal for me is do what I can to help you reach your goal and most importantly, help you understand everything so you can continue on down the line without a trainer. Fitness is my passion. I have trained marines while I was playing soccer for 4 seasons with the Marines corps and the most I like about this job is to see my clients satisfied with the results they have achieved. There is nothing more rewarding in this industry then watching your clients smile because they have reached their goal and they don't need you no more.
