  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    No matter how many classes you take, you will not pay your first week. My per sessions rate is $6.99 for each 30 min session and $13.99 for each 60 min session - billed weekly via credit card.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I use the HipTrain platform to chat and meet with my students. Generally I start on the simpler side to get a feel for your level of fitness and to better understand your goals - quickly after our first few sessions we can really begin to customize our workouts to your needs and either ramp up or down the intensity.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified trainer and competitive swimmer. I especially focus on strength training, HIIT, and pilates.
