- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 4 steps: Step 1. Don’t try to do too much at first. Fitness Evaluation: Measurements of body composition, aerobic capacity, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance will be taken to determine fitness level. 2. Get the most benefits from your workout time. Depending on your goals and your fitness level, we (client and trainer) will choose between 60 min or 30min sessions. 3. Find the right level of difficulty Once client and trainer have agreed on the session length. Our team will build a comprehensive fitness plan that will cover all areas of the clients goals. 4. Find Your Why A huge part of staying motivated is keeping your end goals in sight. What is it that you’re seeking from an exercise program?
