First of all, very professional. Quick turnaround, day 1 - phone call to set up an estimate, by day 3 they were out painting and finishing by the following afternoon. I had nearly the entire interior of my home painted (same color) - about 2,000 sq ft (living space not sure about total wall measurements). Quality job with quality paint, but not cheap. You get what you pay for. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would recommend EJ to friends!

We were upgrading (but not renovating) our kitchen, with used wooden cabinets. The cabinet sizes were uneven and our house's walls are tricky, being plaster and 100 years old. Nas Construction did an excellent, detail-oriented job of removing existing laminate cabinets and installing the new/used cabinets. The installation is very solid. They were easy to work with and I'd hire them again.

Martin did a great job fixing my leak last winter. It was done quickly and professionally. The only minor downside was when he re-plastered the wall (which is already huge that he did that!) some of the areas were thinner than others so you can see a corner of what looks to be netting - it was easy to cover up before repainting. But again, in terms of the whole project it's very minor thing. I'm already talking to him about a new project in my new place!

Antonio is a professional and his work is outstanding. He was able to fit me in over the weekend and was promptly at my house at 8am. He painted my entire master bedroom and ceiling earlier than expected and it looks amazing. Instead of ignoring some damage to the plaster under the window and just painting it over, he showed me the damage, sealed the crack that caused the damage, and re-plastered the entire area. Just great! He says he does other types of work so I will be calling him again!

Mr. Turcios repaired my damaged bathroom ceiling -- scraping, patching and repainting -- all at a very fair price. The work was excellent: it looks like new! Both he and his painter were professional and courteous. They also left the bathroom spotless after their work was complete.

I hired Jaime from JM Home Repair Service to install two new toilets in my condo after he offered a very fair price to complete the work, and I saw that he had other very positive reviews. He picked up the new toilets for me at Home Depot, delivered them, and hauled away my old toilets for a minimal fee. I was so pleased with his professionalism and good service that I hired him to come back and do plaster repair and ceiling painting in my living room, as well as a job fixing some closet doors. I have been consistently impressed by his terrific work -- his communication is clear and precise, he is punctual and polite, and he is a true professional. I would trust Jaime to do any sort of home repair work (basic plumbing & installation, painting, plaster/drywall, etc.), and I will use his services again and recommend him to my friends.

Initially, I left an avg review for Traylor Design based on lack in communication. When Andre saw my review, he contacted me immediately and seemed honestly disappointed in the initial experience. After further discussion and another visit to my place, we set up work to install a granite counter top, back splash tiling, and unique small repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. All three were completed very well..and at a very fair price. And his crew worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the results. We will contact him for work on a new home in the future. Thank you Traylor Designs!

Pros 1. Job quality is good. The bathroom ceiling need some repair and doing that they spent a lot of time preparing/sanding the surface so that the outcome is spotless. 2. Attention to details. The deck is covered with stain fully. They didn't miss any corner. 3. Reasonable price. 4. Responsive. Cons 1. Communication 1.1 They are suppose to replace several cracking boards on the deck, instead they just put extra layer of stain on the whole deck to cover the cracks. Although the outcome is good, I still wish they can discuss with me beforehand. 1.2 I wish they let me know before they start some of the work so that I can remove/cover any items close to the working area, instead of end up got dusty on the stuffs. 2. Navid misunderstood my requirement to paint the whole kitchen ceiling to cover a patch, instead only touch up the patch. Having said that, I should've have read the contract carefully. Lesson learnt. 3. Although I feel what they ask is reasonable, their quote doesn't include any materials and paint. And that is not indicated on the contract (they do mention 'labor only', but that's for the deck power washing).

A constant headache for us was finding a contractor who loved and respected the workmanship in our 120 year-old Victorian house as much as we did. Once we got to know Peter, problem solved. He did many projects for us, inside and out. One of the most remarkable was restoration of a sculpted plaster ceiling that followed the contour of a stairway rising above it--just a beautiful job that recreated the beauty of the original. Not every house is going to need that level of skill and tradecraft, but we did and we cannot recommend Peter more highly.

Gerson did a nice job installing our storm door. There was some awkward back and forth on the price after he started, but overall it was a fine experience. His work quality speaks for itself and so far everything looks good. I would consider hiring him again.

Larry did a great job removing and replacing insulation in the attic! Hard working and professional. All-around handyman, he also tightened the handrail on a stairway, painted the grill on top of the AC unit, and replaced some vinyl in an overhang.

I have to say that I used real plaster moldings throughout my house.when I went to my friend house I was pleased with crown molding and some design on her ceiling And that prompt me to look for the contrator (glamour touch home decor llc), despite my architect recommending wood and MDF. It was the best decision I made in whole project. The plaster is gorgeous-and it looks like nothing else.I 'll always be greatful for the job well done.

I can attest to him really loving what he does, while paying most meticulous care in his finished product. I would recommend him to anyone. I had plaster falling from my bathroom ceiling. Called Hank he came right over and giving each step of the process its' own time to settle so that the job would be done right. Not only did the area, which he repaired look new, my entire bathroom ceiling was new. Thanks Hank, I would use you again and again. Go Hank!!!

I also do a good amount of clay plasters, which are very good for the environment, working with sound density and has very pleasing properties that regulate humidity and temperature. Other important benefits of clay are that its antistatic and antifungal properties, which unlike many other building materials provide a healthy and a more balanced environment. Clay is warm in the winter and cool in the summer but very soft in natural tones. Dining and sleeping is a very serene experience. As a colorist, texture and light are very important. There is also a beautiful plaster that can be installed in wet areas, such as baths and kitchens. I also repair and finish sheetrock and do great painting.
