- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fees are 100% First month rent for leasing services. 8% of gross rents for monthly management services. Ask us today about our Holiday discount rates for all new clients in 2018!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to gain knowledge of the clients needs. We review the property(s), we complete an analysis of the unit(s) and pricing. Once complete we create a management contract that is suitable for both parties, execute, and place the unit(s) on market for rent. If your home is already rented no problem, we can jump right in providing services to your tenant immediately.
