Eric has been my rental property manager since 2014. I have one rental property. Eric was able to find an appropriate tenant within a week of listing the property. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First step is to gain knowledge of the clients needs. We review the property(s), we complete an analysis of the unit(s) and pricing. Once complete we create a management contract that is suitable for both parties, execute, and place the unit(s) on market for rent. If your home is already rented no problem, we can jump right in providing services to your tenant immediately.
