Stuart is full of knowledge and tools that can help you become a better version of yourself and eventually the best version of yourself. He worked with me who I am a ballet dancer always looking for a deep and strong mind-soul-body connection and awareness. I was looking for solutions to internal fights and he showed me how to approach problems and overcome them. uart really showed me the light. I just entered business school after working in finance for 5 years and with the load of classes I was taking, and meeting a whole new friend group, it had me stressed out and wondering why I was here. Talking with Stuart, learning how the mind worked, and practicing meditation with him and on my own (from his guidance) really got me in the zone.
