Jose, Incorrectly, attached a line to where my submeter was supposed to go. He attached the plumbing line vertically to the line that had the yoke. The WSSC inspector came out yesterday and stated that it needed to go horizontally. First, the picture is what Jose did, and the second picture is what another plumber did today. I asked for my money back, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I definitely would not use their services again. I had to get it fixed because there was no connection for my outside water lines.
