However, Parsa came out to give me a comprehensive estimate including options to maximize the availability of hot water in a small tank. There was no pressure or song and dance about any of the options and was encouraged to evaluate the cost benefits. The estimate came in at a remarkably fair price which really proved out given the excellent and patient service. Parsa went well above and beyond to ensure that everything was optimized for my needs and dedicated himself to fixing unexpected issues that cropped up during the installation process that extended the job time by many hours. Parsa was very professional and friendly and would have zero hesitation to recommend him and 911Air-Care in the future and I plan to use this coming going forward for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs."See more
