Jacqueline was able to work with my budget and made my special day DELIGHTFUL! She can provide you with many of the things you'll need; making it a "one-stop-shop" experience. Jacqueline was very responsive, engaged, and always had an alternative plan. During the ceromony and reception, there were some last minute changes and she was able to keep the evening going flawlessly. Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful! I hired her to help me with the last few weeks of my wedding planning. Not only did she serve as a POC for the vendors a few weeks before the wedding so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything, but she did day-of management of the event. There were several times during the wedding ceremony and reception when she jumped into action. For example, she alerted the DJ when he played the wrong song for the groom and sister dance, and walked him through the Mr. and Mrs. Game. She also provided guidance during our dress rehearsal to make sure the ceremony would be just as we wanted. Jacqueline is super professional, extremely friendly, and a great listener! Mrs. Johnson was exceptional in the planningand in such a short time too (3 months)! She pulled off finding all the necessary vendors and people, and putting them in the right place at the right time. This wasn't an easy feat either, as our wedding was located in a very remote part of WV. She was very kind and always available to take on any problems or comments I had to say, even sometimes really late at night. I did not know much about most of what goes into getting married, but Mrs. Johnson was outstanding in terms of patience and explanation; at first I felt embarrassed, but she assured and guided me. My husband and I were very lucky to have found her so close to our date. We would recommend her to anyone for her services. (Personally, we had chosen the "Journey2YourBIGDay!" package.) She even made a 2-hour drive to another state to check a venue for us given my husband's and my hectic schedules! Mrs. Johnson is very passionate about what she does, and makes strides for her client(s) to feel comfortable and confident. Jacqueline was VERY professional, punctual, responsive, responsible, and an ABSOLUTE joy to work with!! Having her as our wedding coordinator was a life saver the last 3 months of planning our wedding was the MOST valuable vendor we hired!! She was worth every penny! She helped put my anxiety at ease throughout the planning process, especially by being there for any issues the day before and day of our wedding!!
