- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the project size and scope, as well as project specifications. I usually charge an hourly rate for smaller jobs (3 days or less) and offer a flat rate/set price for larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No project is the same. It's all about understanding your needs and expectations upfront, so I like to talk with clients about their project, any completion dates/key timelines, and budget. Upon agreeing to work together, I include a free initial 15-minute consultation to discuss your project details. I encourage open communication, and depending on the size and scope of the project, I'll provide status updates and check-ins until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Journalism (BSJ) degree with a concentration in public relations and a minor in marketing. I'm formally trained in multiple writing styles for different mediums and am also a trained copywriting and proofreading editor.
