Demati was awesome! We booked for a morning during my bach weekend when our planned yoga company flaked. I'm actually so glad the other company flake because this one was more affordable, provided mats, and had a soundscape experience that was very unique!

The Demati team and Project Sunrise has helped me find clarity and peace among the chaos which is life. There is no better way to break up the work week than a Wednesday morning Yoga session where I can go from looking at Thomas Jefferson upside down in my down dog pose, to seeing the sun glint off the Washington Monument as I move into Warrior Two. But more than that, Project Sunrise is about building community across shared values among those who have, and continue to serve the nation.
