This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was expecting a 3 men team, but only 2 showed up. Of those 2 one got sick within the hour and had to leave. The movers had to leave my house to go get some more manpower. It is just very frustrating because moving alone is hard. You pay for help for a reason. I could’ve just had my office do this. Aside from this, I rented out my own uHaul

Moving is a tedious emotional and physical proposition that any unforeseen circumstances can turn the experience going south. Such was today because one of our crew had an emergency situation and could not be with us on the job. Almost 2 hrs. on the job, the other ProMover was seriously taken ill and had to go get medical attention. A new guy was brought in but was denied entry into the base for "lack of proper credentials". We later informed Ms. Heimy that there is another crew available to come in and help finish the job but no response. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience to Ms. Heimy B and hopes the rest of the move is as pleasant as possible. Meanwhile, we still left a room open for us to get the job done right, we feel we owed her that much.
