I haven't used them for cleaning, first and foremost I'd like to make that clear. But I was going to. First of all, I just filled out the little "name, number and email" thing and said I was possibly interested in a one time cleaning for a party. Well they start calling and texting constantly from different numbers. Wanting to set up a consultations, and get me on the phone to talk to me and see if I'm interested in this and that. Well I found out in the meantime that when it says "$19 first time clean" it's a scam. Come to find out that's not true. They sign you up for like $50+/month reoccurring cleans. Yes you can cancel that but you are charged a nice little CANCELATION FEE for cancelling those $50/month reoccurring cleans. So no it's not $19 for a first time 3 hour clean. Much more. So I'm not interested in a cleaning anymore. I keep telling these people texting and calling I'm not interested anymore but they just won't stop. I've blocked 3 different numbers and I'm still getting hit up multiple times daily. I can't speak for their clean up work!! I'll be very open about that. They may be worth the trouble idk. But when I read the fine print about the $19 first time clean coming with that big old $50+/month reoccurring cleans that they charge you to cancel and then the constant calls and texts and not stopping when I changed my mind, seems like a scamming bad business. I am put off by the way they operate before I even got to get a cleaning! That says a lot in my opinion.

Predatory cancellation policies and no customer service - they charge in advance and do not even have a phone number to call when a cleaner lies or cancels. DO NOT USE
