What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can design your space for you for a small design fee of $69. Fee can be prorated for a smaller project. I do offer a Senior discount. I do offer discounts for cash payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like knowing what the customer has in mind as of ideas. I like expressing my own ideas and seeing how we can collaborate to produce a wonderful masterpiece.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in chemistry. Hands-on experience with cutting tile and doing home improvement projects over 10 years.
