Hi Julie, Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you and your family for such a wonderful occasion! It was indeed an honor to meet and to serve you all. Just a response regarding the green beans, we never use canned products especially for vegetables. Our distributor has fresh frozen green beans that we use for all of our clients. We opted to serve cut green beans instead of the whole ones because they are topped with bacon. I did hear your family express that you enjoyed them, and I'm so glad you did. Arlethea and her team did an absolutely amazing job catering my wedding reception. The food was excellent. Throughout the entire process of wedding planning, Arlethea was accessible, flexible and knowledgeable. She took a lot of stress off of my plate. I would definitely love to work with her again in the future. My guests are still raving about the food.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to build a relationship with the customer. Our contact starts via phone or email and once established scheduling begins followed by a catering proposal for the event. It is our promise to give beyond the best service that we can provide!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a family/self taught cook, that has a specialty in preparing southern cuisine. I currently work full time as a Catering Manager for a University, and have hands on experience in food safety and preparation.
