Introduction: An Exquisite Affair (formerly Eventz 2 Remember) was established officially in 2017 but our staff has planned events for family, friends and professional settings for over 20 years. I love the process of figuring out what will make my client most satisfied and ultimately seeing the final product. My goal is to make every event the most memorable event for any given client.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Carla and her team! I made a last-minute request to throw a themed-birthday party for my husband, and Carla took all of the stress off of me and managed so many details to take my vision into fruition and turned my house into what looked like Universal Studios! Her customer service was phenomenal and I wholeheartedly feel so thankful that I discovered her and her team! I cannot wait until my next event with her!

Where do I began. Carla and her staff gave me a wonderful experience. I’m a very picky person and Carla and her staff paid attention too every detail. She was patient kind thoughtful and professional. Very easy too communicate with. Eventz 2 Remember is a company I will always use. My event was so elegant that everybody was talking about how gorgeous everything was. Im already booking Carla for all my events I have a big family so I will see her and her staff every month lol. All pricing is based on services provided. Please contact me and we can discuss what your needs are as well as your budget for your special day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand that social media and technology are wonderful but nothing beats a simple conversation. Once I gather the initial information if I have availability I will set up time to speak with the Client to discuss their Vision for the day. After the call, a proposal is generated. Should the client accept, the design process will begin.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over 20 years ago I begin assisting my mother in her business as a corporate event planner. This slowly transitioned into working with social events as well. I came to discover that I wanted to carve out a niche and offer customized design and decor services to clients so that each experience was different.
