I was freezing this winter because I thought my heater was broken. As I'm saving up to get a new I called alfriend to check out what kind I should get. Turns out my pilot light was out to which he gladly helped me relite it and even helped me pick out the right filters. Great guy who didn't try to squeeze me for all my juice

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as a certified HVAC Technician from Orleans Technical College. I have a EPA certification as well. I am also a certified maintenance technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a passion to work in the construction field and I was drawn to HVAC specifically. I enjoy helping customers get their heat and/or air conditioning issues resolved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a customer is that they should make sure that they are comfortable with the technician and that the technician respects their home and property.
