- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer by phone. Validate all issues they may be experiencing. Confirm wether I can do the work or not then schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in Windows hardware and software. I have an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) in Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love working with computers as they change so quickly.
