Ace & Sons did a very good job removing various items from my rental apartment. The items ranged from candy, paper, clothing, trash, small / medium household furniture to a full-sized pool table. Additionally, they cleaned and cleared my back yard. We communicated well and often. They were responsive to my requests and flexible with working times. I would definitely use and recommend their service again.

I went with SlateHouse Group because I have chosen bad tenants in the past. I'd say 80% of the tenants I have chosen have been very good tenants. The other 20% have cost me a lot of money. I decided that it's not worth the risk for me to continue to pick my tenants. I do background checks but I am limited with my ability to do all the necessary checks needed to assure that I have chosen the best available tenant. SlateHouse Group has all the tools to do a much more extensive background search than I can do on my own. Therefor I have decided I am never again going to choose my own tenants. I currently have five apartment buildings and I have just recently started having them manage one of the buildings that was giving me nothing but headaches. I also took advantage of their tenant placement option where you pay them a percentage of the first months rent for them picking out your tenant. I did that on a building that I am managing myself and they picked out an excellent tenant. If they are managing your building they will pick your tenants out as part of the managing fee they charge. I will be turning more buildings over to them to manage in the future because I am very impressed with this company so far. I wish I would have found out about them sooner. I could have saved myself a lot of lost rent and headaches. I would highly recommend them to any landlords who are looking for a property management company.

This company is by far the best at managing the property. I own a 40+ units appartment building in N 65 Street in Philly. Because of their tenant screening process I have the best tenants I could ever ask. Their contractors are simply the best at what they do, fast, reliable and good pricing.

My lease expired at the end of March and I have recently been looking at new places to rent. While researching rentals online, I came across Onyx Management's website. I went to see a few of the homes that were vacant and one of the property managers met me at a few of the other homes that were occupied. I thought that was really nice because they could have just told me to wait until it was vacant. But I ended up finding the perfect home for me and my family! I just wanted to say how nice this company is and I can't wait to pick up keys and move in!!

I was a co work of Amanda’s and I was around her on a daily basis, saw all of interactions with residents, happy residents and furstrated residents. Amanda is a people person , that doesn’t get walked on by others,with a good work ethic, give her a cup of coffee and get out the way. She also knows her way around a house/apartment from going through to do inspections or check ups on. Amanda would be a awesome hire I don’t recommend a lot of people but she’s one of the few I would.
