- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. I have worked in both Multi-unit Retail Management (dealing with customers and tenants have a lot of similarities) as well as Apartment Management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father started buying and renting rental properties when i was younger and all 4 of my siblings are Real Estate Investors. Can you imaging what we talk about at holiday dinners??? I was a Senior in college working just part time when i purchased my first rental property and things just took off. I really found the passion for being a Landlord when i took a job as an Apartment Property Manager. I was responsible for managing over 300 apartments... And i thrived at it!!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Investors make the best Property Managers! Proven Fact! Investors have proven systems and the people (financing, contractors, etc.) in place to create a positive cash flowing investment property.
