Introduction: Hello, my name is Shawn Carn. Mindlab Technologies has been in service for the for over 20 years. I’m extremely passionate about my craft and expertise. I have prided myself on always going above and beyond what is requested. Knowledge and teaching is a driving force behind what I do. Quality is to never be devalued. I completely understand having a stranger coming into you home or space is sometimes uncomfortable but I assure you, I am (IF NOT) the safest person to be around. ( even though this isn’t part of technical background) I am also a martial arts instructor ( Black Belt in Brazilian jiujitsu). So, trust me, I would never put anyone in harm or allow any harm to come to them. I have worked for multiple fortune 500 ISP and also have build structures within them that they are still using to this day. My education is self-taught at a young age and I have only honed in to bettering my skill and expanding my knowledge over the years. I have done just about everything in this field. Nothing is to small, from changing a minor screen on a phone to installing full security system in churches. I specialize in computer repair, troubleshooting and service. I have a degree in Multimedia, Graphic and Design from Wilmington University. Troubleshooting and problem solving for me is like getting to play chess everyday and find out something new in the process for the both of us.
