There is a general starting price for each area but rates are based on: Location Number of pets Temperaments of pets Length of time required to meet all needs each day/visit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we have established what services you are looking for, we arrange a complimentary meet and greet so that the primary team member can meet with you and your pets and make sure everyone is comfortable and it's a good fit. We ask for two keys (one that I hold onto and one that the team member has). Even if you want us to use the garage, we prefer having access to a key incase the power goes out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my team members have prior experience working with animals, whether it be from venturing out on their own (before joining me) or working at a kennel, as a vet tech etc.
