I have been decorating weddings, children's themed birthday parties, showers, corporate events and more for a very long time. My family and friends would ask me to help them when I was just a teenager, this was always my niche! I enjoy planning and decorating. Barbara was amazing to work with! During the wedding planning process she was very easy to communicate with and put me and my husband at ease throughout the entire thing. On the day of the wedding, plans had to change last minute because of bad weather. Barbara was absolutely INCREDIBLE and made sure things went as smoothly and stress-free for us as possible. Our day was so beautiful and special for us, and so much of that is because of Barbara's hard work and dedication to what she does. She's a true professional and we would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Barbara and her family were so kind and helpful when I had reached out with a request that had only a weeks worth of notice. They arrived on time to set up for a 12pm event (early start!), and helped to set up lawn games, an Instagram station, and a surprise hot sauce table (which everyone LOVED!). I couldn't have had the extra details managed without hiring her and her team, and I am so thankful she was able to bring my ideas to life in such a short timeframe! Thank you again for your help!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm running discounts on my personal services, that includes: wedding planning, coordination and day of coordination. I offer a lot of services and therefore my prices are in the mid to upper range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I extend an invitation to a free phone consult that usual lasts 30 minutes. The call is a chance to give me your vision for your event. In turn I take everything we talked about and send you a free quote for your event. After you decide to work with me and my company we discuss specific details of your event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have planned and decorated weddings and various events like baby showers, engagement parties, funerals and set design for theatres. This was a hobby at first and then family and friends wanted their weddings planned and decorated. It was then when a family member suggested we make a company out of my hobby of 20years!
