Lou was punctual, pleasant and exceedingly professional. He meticulously filled cracks in a second story wall and caulked two windows that were very difficult to access. I would definitely recommend his work and will hire him again for any additional repairs.

Lou, redid my basement. He went above and beyond, and extremely conciencias on his work even over things I wasn’t too concerned about. Very honest. Everyone compliments the basement when they come over. Even sealed all holes mice where getting in. They haven’t been a problem since. I will use again for future work and would strongly recommend!

Competitive pricing that beats the market for the quality given, I know this economy is hitting everyone differently, so we try to be reasonable with our pricing, so we all walk away feeling satisfied with the outcome.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We greet each new client with genuine kindness and understanding, as they are essential for any new relationship to start on a solid foundation. We pride ourselves on honesty, transparency and excellence so that each new client is guaranteed to leave satisfied and fulfilled. Given their choice they can opt in to know the process every step of the way. Or just want to wait to see how the end result will play out. It truly is however the client decides they want to go about it. We are here to accommodate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an interest in fixing things, which led me to take shop in HS. Always knew I would expand on it. From what started out as a hobby building dog houses to building entire houses for a living. I say with great pride it is an amazing feeling to find and do what you love. All while making people happy in the process.
