I worked with Robbie from InJest Events to come up with a menu and Chef Lauren came to our rental house to cook and serve. I spoke with about 5 different chefs/catering companies and Robbie was the best fit for our family of twelve. The food was all delicious and reasonably priced (stayed within our budget) and the kids (and adults) ate several things that they normally don’t like but found delicious. The salad had vegetables picked from Chef Lauren’s garden that morning, the crab cakes and corn salad were fresh and tasty, the filet was tender, and the berry pie had a great texture and was not overly sweet. Overall, everyone loved it and it was a nice way to celebrate a birthday at the beach. Also for anyone who has any dietary restraints—they accommodated THREE severe ALLERGIES among my nieces and nephews which isn’t easy. I would definitely use them again!

We had a tough situation when our venue cancelled 2 wks prior to the event. The required caterer had been unresponsive to my requests for menu options/prices and simply refused to communicate for days at a time. In desperation, I contacted Robbie and he happened to be available. He went above and beyond in every way. He responded quickly to me and came up with a much more delicious menu rapidly with a reasonable quote. He was prompt on the day of our event, set everything up beautifully and there was a bounty of delicious food! Our guests were delighted and amazed The jerk pork and beef brisket were so flavorful and tender. The apps were creative, perfect portions, delicious and presented well. Fresh fruit and salad so good. Mini desserts were perfect because people could taste them all and we had no waste. I've done 2 weddings and wish I'd had Robbie for those. He's the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll have an introductory email discussing your plans, needs, and wants. Then I will customize the menu and experience just for you. After that, it’s off to the races
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and another in the Culinary Arts. I come with over 20 years experience. I’ve catered for Presidents and Kings but love making delicious food and making people happy.
