- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge $50.00 a day with 1/2 paid at the time I arrive and the other 1/2 when the job is completed. If are 2 cats, my rate will not double; 2 dogs will be an additional $10.00 per day
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them before the job, of course, and meet the cat or dog. I usually go for a walk with them and the dog, and spend a little time so the cat or dog can feel more comfortable with me, and I'm not a big - or unwelcome - surprise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I talk with vet techs at Animal Veterinary Center, where I take my fur-pals. . I read "Catster" magazine for tips and hints, and chat with rescue and shelter acquaintances when I need advice that isn't of an emergency-type nature.
