Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us for your prom setup. I’m glad you were happy with how the balloons turned out. I do want to clarify the timing concern. On the day of your event, we were set up outdoors during heavy pouring rain. We continued working throughout the setup with electrical equipment, plugged into the outside of the house, and décor under a temporary tent. Earlier in the day, we reached out to confirm whether the setup will be moved indoors due to safety and weather concerns, but the original outdoor setup was still requested. Even in those conditions, we remained on-site and completed everything as planned at least 30 mins before anyone came outside, as well as setting up our tent so that your guests wouldnt get wet. We always strive to be on time and efficient, and under normal conditions we consistently meet our setup windows. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you were happy with the final result.
