Amanda has been an amazing property manager to work with in the past 2 years after I transferred my tenant under her management. In all those challenging times and difficult situations dealing with tenant, she always comes up with some of the best solutions and results that I can ever wished for. Her soft tone and forward-looking spirit quickly ease off my worries whenever the situation arises. I started managing tenants on my own 29 years ago when I was in graduate school. Last 10 years I started hiring rental management resources. Amanda apparently is the best manager.

My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we didn't know the first thing about buying a home. We went to a first-time homebuyer seminar that Amanda was co-hosting and were extremely impressed with her knowledge, as well as her ability to talk about real estate in an easy-to-understand way. A few months later when we were ready to buy, we reached out to Amanda and gave her the rundown of what we were looking for. When we found the home we decided to buy, she got us a showing the SAME DAY we asked for one, and was able to get the ball rolling very quickly before someone else snatched it up! She's been so extremely helpful, available for the thousand questions we had, and quick on the draw. If you want an agent who treats you like their top priority, Amanda is the way to go!!!

She also has over 30 years of property management and HOA management experience in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Mark Fansler, Co-Owner and Managing Member, has over 40 years in Construction, Residential and Commercial Mixed Use Real Estate. Being the name sake of the M Vincent Real Estate Brand, he heads a total of 7 Vertically functioning companies that were developed to work within each entity.
