A new roof was something I wasn't plan on doing for a few years wound up being something I got done that same week. These guys worked with me and we came to a number and payment plan I could COMFORTABLY work with. On Tuesday, Manny came out and performed a detailed inspection and review of the problem areas. He then walked me through their insurance, the materials used (which are very high quality), and a warranty that far exceeds the other companies I had reviewed. Lou and Ryan had then worked with me on pricing, which of course is the main hurdle. By that same afternoon, we had an agreement, and 3 days later, I had a brand new roof. From start to finish, everything went great, and when they wrapped up their work, you wouldn't have even known any sort of work was done around my house, with the exception of a beautiful finished product.

We offer a free inspection. Written estimate with no hidden fees. Competitive pricing and flexible financing programs available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers get a free inspection. This includes checking for wear, damage, age, and overall condition. We will check the interior of your attic and use real time satellite imagery for the top of your roof. A full report will be put together with photos and notes to provide a clear picture for the homeowner. If financing is wanted we will go over the different options that suite our customers needs best.
