They were able to help me get my pool clean enough for a swim. My only issue was....is.....the response time was a bit delayed; last year, it took a few days for one, and this time, it's been a week. It makes me feel that maybe they don't want to do business. Nonetheless, I ended up purchasing the same style of vacuum that they used to clean my pool, and I've decided to assemble my own cleaning team.
