"Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often.
However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire.
We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. I recommend Chris, if you are looking for a REAL TRAINER!
