Introduction: I am Chef Terri Witty, and I offer cooking classes in the Winter Park, FL area of Orlando. I normally schedule about 8 classes per month; they are in the evening (6 to 8 or 8:30 p.m.). These are demonstration-style group classes. I cook; you learn, eat, ask questions and meet a bunch of neat people. You leave full and informed with recipes, tips and tricks. The Witty Palate Cooking Company by Chef Terri is a central Florida based company that's dedicated to demonstrating quality and variety in cooking classes. We offer cooking classes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, deserts and everything in between. Are you a beginning cook? Do you already know your way around the kitchen? Or maybe, you are an experienced cook running out of ideas. Let Chef Terri teach you, through her fun and informative cooking classes, recipes and techniques how to see your kitchen in a different light. Chef Terri Witty has a pastry chef degree from The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, and she's also a summa cum laude graduate from The Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando. Having been trained in all aspects of the culinary arts, her passion and focus has led her to teaching others and helping them achieve their culinary goals.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    There so few recreational cooking classes in the Orlando area and I would look for a fun and informative class that has an educated chef instructor, plenty of food and a relaxed learning environment. I would expect to be able to easily duplicate the classroom demonstration at home with step-by-step instructions in a confident and impressive manner. All of this should come at a reasonable and affordable rate that always includes a complete meal, a recipe packet and all of your questions answered.
