1 we dig a trench around foundation 12 inches deep
2 we power wash whith jomax or Scotts biogredable safe for plants and environment
3 we treat entire house foundation up to 12 inches above ground whith armor seal 5000 special waterproof sealer for house foundation ,also whith conseal sealer in order to waterproof to eliminate water and mildew.
4 we fix all stucco cracks whith cover crack elastomeric from sherwin williams products and cover and mask all windows whith frog tape
5 we apply a coat of loxon clear sealer on entire house walls to eliminate chalk on walls surfaces for better paint adhesion
6 recaulk all windows frames and wood casing
7 we apply 2 coat of sSuper paint or A100 satin, duration, resilience, exterior, .3 mills of paint require by code.shermin williams or good to best top of the line products
8 we walk final inspection for touch ups whith customer and make sure customer is 😊 and satisfied.
