After having an awful experience with movers yesterday who took my money made me wait all day and then showed up and left by the time I walked downstairs and made me call for 2 hours just for them to tell me they can't do it I was feeling hopeless, but due to being 100 pounds and by myself I had to give it another shot and that's when I found Briskly Movers. There prices were cheapest I could find plus at 4 hours all the hours are discounted down to 80.00 an hour. Not only that this is my first time hiring moves I've learned it is hard to get same day movers because most company's are booked with appointments which is what happened but after hearing what happened and that I was already 6 days past when I was suppose to move out they called me back and said they would make time for me from 6-9 after their movers were done with previously booked jobs. I've delt with a lot of bad people or just incompetent people and not only were the efficient with their work, response time and staying in touch with me they made time to do it today when all other company's wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to do same day moving and as a single mother that is something I could just not afford to do. the fact that they cared to help me out at q decent price and to help me avoid eviction means a lot. on top of all that I will say everyone was super friendly and polite, on time when they said they would be here and very hard and efficient workers. They handled everything with care like they were moving their own belongings and made the process completely stress free after it being very stressful this last week I was finally able to take a breath and relax knowing everything was finally OK. Thank you so much Briskly Movers for everything you did and for how you did it. Coming from a single mother of 3 boys I appreciate your company and will defiantly be calling you in the future when I finally get a new home and need everything moved in. I will ask any future clients to do them a favor and call them directly to book rather then doing it through a 3rd party website who takes 20 percent of your money because these guys defiantly deserve 100 percent of the money! Really diligent and hardworking crew that helped us move. The crew followed instructions, didn’t take inordinate breaks and made our move much easier. The leader of the 3-man crew we used was superb in working and figuring out all the pieces. The other 2 were learners and a bit on the amateur side but followed instructions.

Our move was last Tuesday and it was done within the three hour time so it went just as I had hoped. The crew was great and fast paced, the driver, Tim was nice and answered all my questions. I know we will be using Briskly Movers again in the future! Thanks again, you’re the best!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing as no hidden fees everything is straight forward but we do need half of the payment upfront to book the move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is getting in contact with them receiving name email. Next have the customer fill out their inventory while collecting all the information about the home/apartment. Lastly send them a accurate quote and getting out their in the field to complete the job and satisfy our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are no education requirements to become a mover.
