- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing as no hidden fees everything is straight forward but we do need half of the payment upfront to book the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is getting in contact with them receiving name email. Next have the customer fill out their inventory while collecting all the information about the home/apartment. Lastly send them a accurate quote and getting out their in the field to complete the job and satisfy our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are no education requirements to become a mover.
