What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time the Thumbtack request form does not give us enough information to be able to give customers an accurate quote. That's why we like to get photos or view the project on Google Earth. All we need is your address to plug it in the Google Earth app. Then we can usually give you a fixed price. Please understand we have a $100 minimum fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if possible we like to see the property, in order to give the customer an accurate estimate. Most of the time the quickest way is to view it on Google Earth or ask the customer to send some photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are no training program but our repair store was very helpful when we got started. We also watched YouTube videos.
