We have no hidden fees. Customer will always know what to expect as far as monthly management charges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have a diploma in engineering, am a certified professional Property Manager, a graduate from GRI, CIPS and have many continuing courses under my belt. I plan to get my Green Housing Expert designation before January 2017.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I moved to FL 10 years ago and a lot of my friends from NY tristate area were asking me if I could help them buy, sell or manage their properties down in FL. I got my license and started helping. 😎
