So happy we made the call to this company about a leak in our roof. We could not be happier with the service we were provided. From start to finish they were top notch and fixed the problems we were having with thorough explanation, and then followed up a day later with a visit to confirm everything was done properly. I havent personally had work done by Northmen Roofing yet, but Ive seen one of their projects in my neighborhood and was really impressed by how professional and efficient the crew was. The roof looked great when they finished clean lines, no mess left behind, and the homeowners seemed really happy. I inquired and spoke to Kyle a project manager there who was extremely knowledgeable and honest. When its time for me to get any roof work done, Northmen Roofing will definitely be the first company I call.

On a friends recommendation we had Northman roofing come out and give us a bid. Their bid was lower and more professional than the other bid we got.The whole process was smooth.When we were going over the plans with Eric, it was very obvious that he knew everything about the building codes and the best way to replace the roof.When the project actually started, Victor, Who was in charge of the day to day work, was so professional and helpful. He and his crew were There every morning, working hard until the roof was done. We have Had a lot of Construction done over the years and I have never had a crew be so reliable & punctual. Their workmanship was great!We are so thankful Northman Roofing was recommended to us. They did a great job and we would use them again!

I had a water leak in my bathroom during the rain storm 10/27/2025. The next day was looking for a good company to diagnose the problem. I called Northmen based on there reviews, they sent Rick out to diagnose the problem. My appointment was at 9am, he was right on time. He had 22 years of experience in the roofing business, was very polite, professional and one can easily see very knowledgeable.I showed him were the leak was in the bathroom. He examined the are area then went in the attic to that area to locate where the water was coming from, he did find water in the surrounding area of the bathroom in the attic. He then went on the roof made a roof inspection. He identified the probable cause for the leak, It was a metal shingle that was up letting water through. Next Rick took a water hose and thoroughly watered that specific area he wanted to confirm if this was the cause of the leak. While the water was running He went back up into the attic and you could see the water and stains and water coming through the plywood. That was the source of the leak.It was a complex problem due to the house has solar panels and leak was due to metal tile bent up where water came through. He was meticulous in finding the problem. The solar panel needs to be removed to further determine the amount of damage to underlayment laminate. Thank you Rick for all the quality work you did in inspecting my roof.

Northmen Roofing provides a comprehensive statement of work and standard pricing for all customers after a thorough on-site roof inspection and consultation by a trained roofing professional. We do not use salesmen or high pressure sales practices - you will always get our best and fair price up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please call or email to discuss your needs and set up an on-site inspection by a trained roofing professional. Northmen Roofing will follow up with a contract including pricing and a statement of work to be approved and signed electronically. Once approved, a project manager will reach out to arrange an appropriate time to complete the work. After the roof repair or replacement is complete every customer is followed up with to ensure all items on the statement of work have been completed to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Northmen Roofing is a certified roofing contractor with skilled technicians in many disciplines including master carpentry, sheet metal fabrication and project management.
