I had 2 trees that were in bad shape and in desperate need of trimming. They first came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and a day or 2 later they came back and did a fantastic job. My trees look so much better. I would rehire them again.

We're very happy we found Marcus & his crew, Twin & Maurice when one of my previous tree service guys could not give me a timely estimate, an a second local guy came in way over my budget for the same work Marcus provided & quoted. The crew came fully equipped with a lifter. They did the work cutting a few limbs on 2 oak trees in my backyard to prep up for the season as agreed on, plus a bit more trimming dead limbs on our avocado. Marcus treats his crew well, and they have a happy demeanor inspire of the hot & muggy weather. The estimate was reasonable for the work and within my budget. Very happy for the cleanup job as well. Scheduling turn around was 3 days - not 2 to 3 weeks from the other crews that I had before. We are very happy with KEYS and will recommend them for their services.

Marcus was very nice, he and his team showed up on time for the job, professional, didn't damage anything, cleaned up well after trimmed trees.

Overall it was a great experience and they were good at removing the wood, and with my situation my dead tree they removed was in the corner of my yard and very easily could have fallen if not cut properly and roped off properly to have fallen on the fence or pool enclosure or someone’s house if not taken down properly. They had a team of Five guys and the owner Marcus did a great job managing everything so they were in and out in less than two hours.

Marcus and his team did an absolutely perfect job with the trim. I had a specific request with how I wanted the trees to look and he nailed it. Couldn't imagine how anyone could have done it better. The pricing was fair, and Marcus is a great guy. Believe all the great 5-star reviews, not the 1% who wrote negative ones. I'd almost guarantee they are the problem, not the tree company. My experience was outstanding.
