My comp tanked out of the blue, so I went in and crossed my fingers, they communicated great, the prices were reasonable, the shop was nice and I felt comfortable leaving my PC. I ended up needing a new hard drive, my personal files were saved but my programs were not because of the severity of the drive, the owners hooked me up with Microsoft Office free of charge which was so nice, I appreciate them. I never leave reviews but they definitely deserved an A+++++ I highly recommend!! Thank you! :)
