Don was awesome! I asked several people if they could refer me to a good plumber. NO ONE COULD! So frustrating. I took a chance on Thumbtack and Don answered immediately. Ok! I figured he was eager and that's a good sign. I read the reviews and they were glowing. I reached out to Don, arranged a time for him to come. His quote was a little high for what my job would include. He told me that the price he had stated was negotiable if the work was more or less than what he was quoting me. He showed up very close to our agreed upon time, very quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and adjusted his price accordingly. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Guess what? I'm hoping that people call me for a plumbing referral because I know right where to send them!

I had a pipe under my sink that split open, no way to stop the water and I did not have the tool to turn the water off at the main. I went on Thumbtack.com and entered my urgent situation and Don immediately responded and it was after 9pm on Saturday. He was out having dinner with his wife and saw my request and told his wife that he had to respond even if he just turned my water off. Within a few minutes he was at my door to my relief. Almost every towel I owned was on the floor. Don turned the water off and came back Sunday morning and fixed the pipe. Thank you soooooo much. Many blessings to you!!!!!
