Don was awesome! I asked several people if they could refer me to a good plumber. NO ONE COULD! So frustrating. I took a chance on Thumbtack and Don answered immediately. Ok! I figured he was eager and that's a good sign. I read the reviews and they were glowing. I reached out to Don, arranged a time for him to come. His quote was a little high for what my job would include. He told me that the price he had stated was negotiable if the work was more or less than what he was quoting me. He showed up very close to our agreed upon time, very quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and adjusted his price accordingly. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Guess what? I'm hoping that people call me for a plumbing referral because I know right where to send them!

Donald came out to evaluate yesterday hot water heater but said he would definitely be there this afternoon. I specifically asked him if he can’t “definitely” be there I will need to find someone else. He said he would be there. At 2:40 pm he texts and says he can’t be there. I have renters that do not have hot water to shower in this cold weather. Not professional and did not have the courtesy to let me know way beforehand so I could find someone else.
